From Friday 17 March 2023, for a period of 6 weeks, purchasers can win R2500 in cash every week, when they spend R250 or more on any products from Tubby’s Kitchen.

Every R250 spent qualifies as 1 (one) entry into a random draw – therefore, if you were to spend R1000, you would earn 4 (four) entries into the draw.

You can purchase from anywhere that stocks Tubby’s Kitchen products: www.tubbyskitchen.co.za, Lemonade, Takealot, Turtle House, Everything Tea, and The Tea Merchant.

Remember, you have to make a minimum purchase of R250 in order to qualify (and gain 1 entry) for the competition.

  • Earn 2 bonus entries by following Tubby’s Kitchen on Social Media @tubbyskitchenZA (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Earn 3 bonus entries by uploading a picture of your Tubby’s purchase and tagging @tubbyskitchenZA and 3 friends on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Earn 4 bonus entries by taking a picture whilst you cook with Tubby’s Kitchen products, uploading to Facebook or Instagram and tagging us @tubbyskitchenZA.

  • Earn 5 bonus entries by leaving a review on our Google page.

You will be able to accrue entries, therefore if you follow Tubby’s Kitchen on social media, PLUS add a picture of your products, PLUS add a picture of cooking with Tubby’s ingredients, PLUS leaving a Google review (and making all necessary tags) you will earn an additional 14 entries in the draw.

Tubby’s Kitchen (Pty) Ltd Competition Terms & Conditions 

The Tubby’s Kitchen ‘Win R2500 Cash’ competition is conducted by Tubby’s Kitchen (Pty)Ltd.

(Registration Number: 2016/197543/07 and VAT Registration number: 4220305645).

These rules relating to the competition comprise its official rules (the “rules”), together with official promotional communication by Tubby’s Kitchen, shall govern and apply to all participation and activity arising out of and relating to the competition.  Please take a moment to review these rules, which will govern all aspects of the competition. These rules cannot be modified except by Tubby’s Kitchen, in its reasonable discretion, by a written revision to these rules posted on the Tubby’s Kitchen website, and Facebook page or, at Tubby’s Kitchen’s sole discretion, other official promotional communication channels reasonably determined to reach most potential participants. By participating in this competition, all participants agree to be bound by these rules. Tubby’s Kitchen’s decision regarding any matter arising out of the competition shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Participation

1. The competition is open to legal residents of South Africa only.

2. The competition starts on the 17th of March & ends on the 5th of May 2023.

3. The prize is R2500 in cash per week.

4. Entrants must have a local bank account within to which cash deposits can be made.

Entries

To win, entrants must follow this process:  

1. Place a minimum order equating to R250. This can be done at any in-store or online retailer that stocks Tubby’s Kitchen products, including this website.
2. If you purchase directly from www.tubbyskitchen.co.za your entries will automatically be tracked
3. If you purchase from anywhere OTHER than www.tubbyskitchen.co.za, please take a picture of your receipt (with the name of the store the Tubby’s Kitchen items were purchased from clearly visible) and send your name and email address via WhatsApp to +27 72 554 4878 or email info@tubbyskitchen.co.za
4. Each R250 qualifies as 1 entry into a random draw – therefore, if you were to spend R1000 you would earn 4 entries into the draw.
5. The winners will be selected via a number generator at the end of each week of thecompetition.  

Bonus Entries

3. Earn 4 bonus entries by taking a picture whilst you cook with Tubby’s Kitchen products, uploading to Facebook or Instagram and tagging us @tubbyskitchenZA.
4. Earn 5 bonus entries by leaving a review on our Google page.

You will be able to accrue entries, therefore if you add a picture of your products PLUS a picture of cooking with Tubby’s ingredients PLUS leaving a Google review (and making all necessary tags) you will earn an additional 12 entries in the draw.

The Competition & Prizes

1.  There will be 6 winners that will be selected from all valid entries.

2. Each winner will be paid R2500 into a verified bank account of their choice within seven (7) working days of supplying valid banking details.

3. The winners will be notified by the contact number/ email address supplied when purchasing off Tubby’s Kitchen or sending through proof of purchase to Tubbys’ WhatsApp number.

4.  Entrants must retain their original proof of purchase and may be asked to supply this.

5. The judge’s decision is final. If a winner is drawn again in another week, the draw will be randomised again, to ensure a winner cannot win more than once.

6. Winners agree that their names and Facebook or Instagram profiles may be used and published by Tubby’s Kitchen for marketing and promotional purposes in any form of media without restriction. The winner’s name, image and/or town/city maybe published on the Tubby’s Kitchen’s website and other media. Tubby’s Kitchen may also require that the winner participate in marketing activities. The winner has the right to decline participating in any of the above-mentioned activities. If a winner so declines, notice thereof must be submitted to the Tubby’s Kitchen in writing.

9. To the extent that Tubby’s Kitchen / the promoters collect and processes the participant’s personal information, Tubby’s Kitchen / the promoters warrants that such processing shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 & shall not be disclosed to any third party without the participants written consent.

10. Failure by the winner/s to comply with any of these rules or the terms of acceptance of the prizes, or refusal to sign the Tubby’s Kitchen’s winner/s declaration or the Tubby’s Kitchen winner/s prize acknowledgement of receipt of prize form, will be construed as a rejection of the prize and, without prejudice to any other remedy which Tubby’s Kitchen and its agents may have, the winner will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit the prize.

11. In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, Tubby’s Kitchen reserves the right to disqualify such winner from the competition and to draw another winner in their place.

12. If the winner is unable to redeem the prize, then the prize will be forfeited without recourse.  

13. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for products unless Tubby’s Kitchen cannot provide the prize for whatever reason.
