Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive our delivery note showing the items delivered, any non-available items, the delivery fees, and the amount debited from your payment card. Goods not available for delivery. Unfortunately, some items may not be in stock at the time you place the order. If we cannot deliver your goods within the stated time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or if necessary, we can refund your order. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.

Any other person than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept the delivery on your behalf. Should no-one attend the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The delivery service will attempt to contact you in order to arrange for an alternate delivery time. Please arrange that you or your authorised representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.

On delivery, we will require you or your authorised representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge. Areas that require an extended lead time for delivery. Some areas require our courier partners to travel a little further to get your order to you. Please expect a longer lead time on your order, if you are situated in the far reaching areas

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the rare instance that a product arrives faulty / broken: Please kindly return the contents back in the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will sort out a replacement straight away. The product must be in original condition and in original packaging.

Return conditions

All items that were received must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable).

Returning your item

If an item/s is to be returned, kindly contact our customer support by email (info@tubbyskitchen.co.za). or phone (+27 71 148 7645) Only once arranged with a team member may an item be returned. If damaged, Tubby’s Kitchen will require inspection of the original product before sending out a replacement and/or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to have it returned. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within another 14 days.

What to do with damaged goods

If a damaged item is received, kindly take a photo and send to a member of our support team. Please ensure the items are repacked safely and securely for the return back to our warehouse for further inspection.

Refunds

If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a staff member will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be provided via store credit or your initial payment method if possible within 3 working days.

Please note:

  • Delivery costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged.
  • Delivery takes between 4 and 7 working days.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

  • www.tubbyskitchen.co.za will be extending all return and refund policies until such time the government lockdown has ended.
  • Items received broken or faulty will only be collected once the lockdown has ended.
