Tubby’s Spicy Chicken Tacos


For the chicken Tacos:

Four chicken breasts 

Juice of one lime 

Tubby’s Portuguese Chicken Charm Spice 

1-2 teaspoons of Tubby’s Hot Punch Chilli Paste

2 cloves Freshly chopped garlic

6 small soft tortillas

For the filling:

A drizzle of Tubby’s CBD Olive Oil 

One cup of fresh or frozen corn kernels 

1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise 

Half a teaspoon garlic powder 

Ground black pepper to taste 

One teaspoon cumin 

Salt to taste 

For the toppings:

Sour cream

Fresh avocado 

Cheese of choice 

Tubby’s Hot Punch jalapeño chilli paste 

Chopped fresh coriander


  • Marinade the chicken breasts four half an hour in the Chilli Paste, spices, and lime juice 
  • Heat a small amount of Tubby’s CBD Olive Oil in a pan over a medium heat and gently fry corn kernels until golden brown with the spices.
  • Once the kernels are finished set aside to cool 
  • Transfer the marinated chicken to the pan and fry with a little Oil over a medium high heat for about 10-15 minutes or until breasts are cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, use a knife and fork to shred
  • Make the corn filling by mixing the corn with the mayonnaise and spices 
  • For the tortillas you can either heat them up in a clean pan or fry them in the oil and drippings from the pan used for the chicken
  • Once the soft shell tortillas have been prepared start filling them with the pulled chicken and corn filling
  • Garnish however you like!
