This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).
In our mandate to create value for our clients, we may, in certain instances, be required to process personal information. This notice explicates how we obtain, use, and disclose your personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).

This notice declares our commitment to compliance with the POPI Act and it is our obligation to ensure that the processing of your personal information will only be done within the parameters of the law.

According to the POPI Act ‘‘personal information’’ is defined as the information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.

• Mainly to contact you for the purposes of understanding your wants and then to ensure the delivery of the pertinent services accordingly. For this purpose, we will only collect information necessary such as your contact details and technical information to effectively render our services.
• Should there be a problem with our software products and the data subjects report these issues, we may collect data such as device information, including the unique device identifier, hardware model, operating system and version and mobile network information.
• For the purpose of improving our products and services as well as communications to the data subject.
• For internal purposes such as auditing, research, and data analysis.
• When visiting our website, information may be collected using various technologies including “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information. If a Data subject elects to decline cookies, not all elements of the website may function as intended, so their website experience may be affected.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
